26 апреля 2024 года стартует приём заявок на соискание первой Национальной премии в области музейного дела имени Д. С. Лихачева. Об этом сообщила Министр культуры Российской Федерации Ольга Любимова.
Впервые в российской практике реализуется масштабная профессиональная премия, которая объединяет все аспекты музейного дела: исследование, сохранение, интерпретацию и представление материального и нематериального наследия.
На сегодняшний день в России функционируют свыше 3 тыс. музеев, объем Музейного фонда РФ превышает 70 млн предметов, а в отрасли работает более 85 тыс. человек. Национальная премия им. Лихачева в первую очередь призвана оценить колоссальный труд этих людей, направленный на сохранение и изучение великого достояния нашей Родины.
Современный музей – это знаковая институция, открытая публике и предлагающая разнообразный опыт для обучения, побуждающая посетителей к саморазвитию и обмену знаниями, способствующая гуманитарному и культурному развитию страны.
Национальная премия учреждена с целью поощрения профессионалов, внесших существенный вклад в развитие музейного дела России, повышения общественной значимости музейных институций и престижа музейных профессий, привлечения общественного внимания к актуальному состоянию музейной сферы и перспективам ее развития.
В 2024 году Премия присуждается в 16 номинациях. Шесть номинаций посвящены отдельным музейным профессиям и озаглавлены их названиями: «Хранитель» и «Реставратор», «Научный сотрудник» и «Экскурсовод», «Руководитель музея» и «Музейный смотритель». Еще семь номинаций помогут оценить вклад в музейное дело по конкретным направлениям деятельности и проектам, это: «Музейная экспозиция» и «Выставочный проект», «Пиар-кампания музея» и «Издательский проект», «Музейный маршрут», «Спецпроект музея» и «Национальное достояние».
Оценить профессиональные достижения целого музейного коллектива позволит номинация «Музей года». А номинация «Партнёр музея» позволит отметить человека или институцию, сотрудничество с которыми способствовало развитию деятельности музея-заявителя. Награда в номинации «Служение делу» будет присуждена Оргкомитетом Премии за особый личный вклад в развитие российского музейного дела.
К участию в конкурсном отборе приглашаются музеи и их сотрудники, а также физические и юридические лица, реализовавшие проекты в области музейного дела с 1 января 2023 года по 31 декабря 2023 года.
Прием заявок осуществляется до 10 мая 2024 года на сайте Минкультуры. Награждение лауреатов состоится 23 мая 2024 года на Международном форуме-фестивале «Интермузей».

The Likhachev National Award is primarily intended to recognize the colossal work of these people aimed at preserving and studying the great heritage of our Motherland.
A modern museum is a landmark institution open to the public and offering a variety of learning experiences, encouraging visitors to self-development and knowledge exchange, contributing to the humanitarian and cultural development of the country.
The National Award was established to encourage professionals who have made a significant contribution to the development of the museum business in Russia, to increase the public importance of museum institutions and the prestige of museum professions, to attract public attention to the current state of the museum sphere and the prospects for its development.
In 2024 the Award is given in 16 nominations. Six nominations are dedicated to individual museum professions and are entitled as such: "Keeper" and "Restorer", "Researcher" and "Tour Guide", "Museum Manager" and "Museum Curator". Another seven nominations will help to evaluate the contribution to museum work in specific areas of activity and projects, these are: "Museum Exposition" and "Exhibition Project", "Museum PR Campaign" and "Publishing Project", "Museum Route", "Museum Special Project" and "National Treasure".
The nomination "Museum of the Year" will allow to evaluate the professional achievements of the whole museum team. And the nomination "Museum Partner" will allow to recognize a person or institution, whose contribution was most valid for the development of the museum-applicant's. The award in the nomination "Service to the Cause" will be given by the Prize Organizing Committee for a special personal contribution to the development of the Russian museum business.
Museums and their staff, as well as individuals and legal entities that have implemented projects in the museum field of work from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 are invited to participate in the competition.
Applications are accepted until May 10, 2024 on the website of the Ministry of Culture. Awarding of the winners will take place on May 23, 2024 at the International Forum-Festival "Intermuseum".
The Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation is the founder of the D.S. Likhachev National Prize in the Field of Museum Business.
